Tracey received her education as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is also certified by State University New York Purchase College and the American Association for Drugless Practitioners.
Tracey helps people meet their health goals by providing personal, professional support. She works to explore concerns specific to the individual and discover the tools needed for a lifetime of harmony.
Tracey offers an individual 6 month program which includes two 1-hour sessions per month, group seminars and events, support between sessions, recipes, educational materials, food samples and a monthly newsletter.
